Background/History: Cassandra grew up in an old-fashioned gothic family who are obsessed with death. Both of her parents are extremely rich and famous, her father Mortimer being an inventor, and her mother Bella being a well-known socialite. She was isolated from society and didn't fit in at school, so she has bad social skills. Her cousin Elvira is the president of Panem so they were forced to live in a Career District; District 2.
